About these terms
These terms apply to text messages and other communications from Rocky Road Detailing LLC (“Rocky Road Detailing,” “we,” “us”), a mobile auto detailing business serving the Tampa Bay area. By giving us your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you accept these terms.
Text messaging programs
Rocky Road Detailing has two separate text messaging programs. You choose each one separately. Our texts are sent from (443) 443-6079.
- Customer care texts: quote follow-ups, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and service reminders for people who request a detailing, paint correction, or ceramic coating quote through this website, our Facebook or Instagram ads, or by phone.
- Marketing texts: offers and promotions from Rocky Road Detailing, which may be sent using automated technology.
Consent
Each program has its own checkbox on our quote form and our text sign-up page. You can agree to customer care texts, marketing texts, both, or neither. Each box is optional and never pre-checked, and agreeing to either one is not a condition of buying any service. We only send marketing texts if you checked the marketing box; agreeing to customer care texts, to these terms, or to our privacy policy does not sign you up for marketing texts. If you text us first, we will reply about your request only.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies for both programs. Customer care texts depend on your request and appointments. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and you will not get more texts unless you sign up again. To stop only marketing texts and keep getting texts about your appointments, tell us by text, call, or email.
Help
Reply HELP to any message from (443) 443-6079 for help, call or text (813) 453-4218, or email rockyroaddetailing01@gmail.com.
Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read our full privacy policy.
Quotes and services
Quotes are estimates until we see the vehicle in person. Paint correction and condition-based work are quoted after inspection. Any deposit or retainer terms will be explained before you book.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
