Who we are
Rocky Road Detailing is a mobile auto detailing business serving the Tampa Bay area. This policy explains what we collect when you request a quote through this website, our Facebook or Instagram ads, or by contacting us directly.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your vehicle’s make and model, and your zip code
- When you’d like the work done, and any photos or details you choose to share
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, give you a quote, schedule your appointment, and follow up about your service. We only send marketing texts if you separately agreed to receive them.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business (such as scheduling, messaging, and advertising tools), or when required by law. This does not include text messaging opt-in data and consent, which is never shared with any third parties.
Text messages (SMS)
We ask for two separate, optional consents. If you agree to customer care texts, we text you about your quote, appointments, and service reminders. If you separately agree to marketing texts, we also text you offers and promotions from Rocky Road Detailing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. See our terms for details.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies and similar technology to record visits and actions on this site, such as viewing a page or sending a quote request. We use this to measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested. Meta may combine this with other information it holds about you under its own privacy policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or block cookies in your browser.
Facebook and Instagram lead forms
If you submit a form through one of our ads, Meta collects that information and passes it to us. Meta’s privacy policy also applies to what you submit on its platforms.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you and keep basic business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Call or text (813) 453-4218 or email rockyroaddetailing01@gmail.com.
